How to Manage Your Subscription
1.Log in to your merchant backend (https://accounts.pisell.com/choose-store):

- Use your account credentials to access the Pisell Merchant Management Dashboard.
- If you forgot your password, click the "Forgot Password" link and follow the instructions.
2. Add a new subscription:
- To subscribe to additional stores, go to the backend and click “User” → “Stores” → “Create a Store”.
- Enter the new store information. After completing the store creation process, bind a payment card and complete the subscription payment to activate the new subscription.
3. Subscription payment:
- Ensure you have linked a valid payment method to activate your subscription.
- You can choose to subscribe on a monthly or yearly basis and select a plan that suits your needs.
How to View Billing Information
1. Access billing details:

- Log in to your merchant backend and click “Settings” → “Bill” on the left navigation bar.
- View your subscription billing records and download the PDF invoices.
2. Manage your linked payment card:

- View your current payment card:
- Log in to the backend and navigate to “Settings” → “Bill”.
- Your current linked credit or debit card will be displayed.
- Replace your payment card:
- Click “…” → “Modify this Card”.
- Enter the new card information and complete the verification process.
- Confirm and save to replace the old card with the new one for subscription billing.

How to Change Your Subscription Plan

Log in to your merchant backend and go to “Settings” → “Plan” → “Change Plan”.

Select the desired plan and click “Select a Plan” to complete the subscription.
How to Cancel Your Subscription

Verify your store status:

Before canceling, confirm the following:

Whether there are any refundable deposits or unsettled balances.

If there are, provide your contact email and settlement account details to the Pisell support team for further processing.

Delete installed applications:

Log in to the merchant backend.

Click “Applications” on the left navigation bar, locate all installed applications, and click “Delete” for each.

Close the store:

Log in to the merchant backend and go to “Settings”.

Click “Plan”, select “Unsubscribe”, and confirm closure.

Temporarily Canceling Your Subscription

If you need to temporarily cancel your subscription but plan to resume it later:

Follow the steps above to cancel your subscription.

Data Retention Policy: We will retain your store data for 2 years.

During this period, you can contact our support team at any time to restore your subscription.

Steps to Restore Your Subscription

Go to the merchant backend (https://accounts.pisell.com/choose-store) and log in with your account credentials.

After logging in, navigate to the plan selection page and click “Select a Plan”.

Choose the desired plan and complete the payment process.

Once the payment is successful, your store and its data will be restored.
FAQ
Q: Will my data be lost after canceling the subscription?
A: No. Your store data will be retained for 2 years, during which you can restore it at any time.
Q: What happens if I fail to cancel my subscription on time?
A: The system may continue billing periodically. Please ensure you complete the cancellation process on time. Contact the support team for assistance if needed.
Q: How long does it take to restore my subscription?
A: Once the subscription is restored, the data will be activated immediately. The entire process usually takes only a few minutes.
Q: Can I change my subscription plan?
A: Yes. Log in to your merchant backend, go to the subscription management section, select a new plan, and complete the payment.
Q: Is there an additional fee for restoring a self-hosted mini-program?
A: a. If the mini-program has been uninstalled, a $100+GST packaging fee will be required for redeployment.
b. If the mini-program remains installed, no redeployment fee is required. However, re-subscribing to the application will include the $100+GST fee. Please contact Pisell support for further assistance.
